Lamela still had quite a poor game (which explains MP's lack of reaction) - and two goals against some minnows isn't really going to change my opinion of him. Flat track bully / showboater.
Inclined to agree with you re: Kane though... Especially given the form of Soldado. He does need to play with Adebayor too (who put in a decent shift last night).

reminds me of the overhead that Trevor Sinclair smashes in from the edge of the box. Lamela gets so much power and accuracy on something which is usually just a last minute attempt to salvage something/anything from a ball which is too far away and on your wrong foot...
Feels like we're seeing something special emerging. Also think despite the quality of the opposition, maybe Kane deserves a chance to lead the line in the league. Top scorer and all...
