anyone know how much room 4 bikes would take on wheel hooks?

Can grab you a picture tomorrow. I'd think that if you top/tail them it would be less than the width of a single bike horizontally

(Its basically the width of the pair of handlebars + 2x mm gap in between for one rear wheel and again on one of the sides)

I have two possible places, one is 105cm wide, the other is 145cm wide

top&tailing makes sense now u mention it...

am I being ambitious?

4 bikes in 105cm would be ambitious, 4 bikes in 145cm should be doable. IIRC I use 14 inch spacings in the Bicycle Palace, top to tail.

If anyone here is interested, I'm selling a pair of these "Leonardo" wall mounts for £15 quid.

I bought them because they work with both road and MTB wheels and they look nice in the house even without a bike on, but they're now surplus to requirement.

How high is your ceiling in that photo?

320cm from floor to ceiling.

Was wondering how many bikes I could hang on a 2.4m high wall. Those pedal hangers are a neat solution, otherwise will have to consider 2 maxxxraxx hangers, which are more bulky and stick out further into the room.
