I thought you were into 'fitness' these days rather than sport..

I don't even get the whole 'fitness' thing. Not even in the Darwinian sense of tessellating with your environment.

I still ride a bicycle though, often a fixed wheel one. Didn't they use to do that in the TdF, before it was cool?
