Looking to go to Italy this summer (late June) and want to spend a few days in the Dolomites. Can anyone suggest a good base for riding and doing some of the good climbs?

Somewhere like Corvara or Arabba or Canazei would be my choice.

Bolzano is where we used to go. Excellent transport links and useful as a base, quite a lot to do in town as well.

But everyone knows the Alps are better.
