  • Woo. 4 weeks of 5k runs so I upped it to 6k. Found out it is just the same, but longer (and slightly faster).

    Will aim for steady increase (1k every 2 weeks) to get to 10k (with half term and holidays that's between Christmas and New Year) and then start thinking about some work to improve speed; hopefully I'll be down another 6kg by then.
