I'm off to Spain on tour tomorrow, going to Alicante, San Sebastián, Zaragoza and finally Madrid.

Been eating vegetarian food all week in preparation for the seafood/steak onslaught.
Last time I went to Spain I was in a Granada where I had deep friend lambs brains. It was great but felt a bit like eating battered pâté. Bit too rich....probably because my mate ordered a ration rather than a tapas.
