Anybody had much experience making a coke can shim for bars/stem?
Don't.
You can get away with it for a seatpost because if you get it wrong, your seatpost just slips down or rotates.
If a bar shim doesn't work properly your bars could suddenly rotate mid-corner and you will faceplant. (Assuming drops, bullhorns etc)
