^^ new pegs? Newer pegs generally have a smaller diameter now, shadow little ones or odyssey riffle are two I know of

I could just do new pegs but it could stand to lose a bit of weight off the front end and the front wheel is pretty hammered anyway so...
I'll just look out for used stuff on eBay etc.

Really enjoyin having a bmx again.
I've forgotten how to do everything and I think I must not have used the muscles in my arms and shoulders to do anything since I was last on a bmx!
Been riding street a few times and tonight went to an indoor concrete park. Things are starting to come back to me, reckon I could have 360ed out of a small bank tonight if my arms weren't in agony.
I've got Superted's (ebay username Superted881 and was also selling frame building tools etc so I presume it's the Superted) old 10mm Fly hub on the way to me plus a set of forks off a Premium complete so hopefully lightening up the front end will make manuals and spins a bit easier.

Charity build for a friend. OG Sunday frame. Odyssey forks. GSport hubs on 7ka rear and animal front rims. Subrosa crank. Tree splined sprocket. Wedge mod seat post. United Nathan Williams bar. Rides like a dream.
This is the second donation bike I've been involved with in as many months. Bmx is a family, this is my way of giving back to the life it has given me.

That's a very generous gift. I hope it gets the (ab)use it deserves.

I've returned to a 48h rear and metal pegs. All is good at the moment, I'm loving peg chinks and sparks on rough ledges.

Bike looks ace.
I'm kinda tempted to slam my seat coz I've got bruises on my thighs tje now but I want to learn bar spins and Im thinking a high saddle will make them easier.

I haven't had a BMX since my Pantera got nicked in the Midlands.
Been watching Sergio Layos videos today, which can only lead to me ending up with another bike.

My bike earlier today.
Later today than that photo was taken but earlier than now I decided the low seat wasn't for me so have refitted the railed seat and ti post. I need a new (black) saddle but railed bmx seats seem to be few and far between these days.

I'm new to BMX. Last year I played around on a chrome old school that I didn't like so I gave it away. I've just got hold of two bikes. I hate one piece cranks for some reason and in general preferred the white frame. I've started working on the white frame but I can swap parts around to build it and don't mind spending a bit of money. Thoughts? Any suggestions?

I'd advise anyone who wishes to take up BMX to buy something complete off ebay. Get something worth £200 to £300 new for £100 in good nick if you are patient. Cranks are the big thing to then upgrade IMHO and you want 48T splined, definitely not one piece and pref not 8 spline shit.
My BMX was spotless when I bought it second hand... I changed the grips for some I had lying around, stuck on a decent crankset, some pegs... job done. Some teenager clearly wanted to get into BMX but clearly gave up after riding to the shops once.
I'd build up what you have as cheap as possible if I were you, then get something a touch better / more modern.

Well so far i've spent a tenner so i'm doing well on that front.
I've ordered a new sprocket so I can ditch the 3/16" stuff and I found a set of Bicycle Union Motorcade bars on ebay for pretty cheap so bought them.
Next job will be replacing the forks and front wheel with something a bit lighter (probably 10mm axle). The badly filed out dropouts on the forks I have mean that the peg fouls on the fork leg and doesn't let the axle sit right into the dropout.
