Subtle changes, bugs and feedback

I've been getting the same over the last couple of days when ignoring conversations, rather than being taken to the Ignored Items page.

Ah... interesting.

So the page might be working, but some item on the page may no longer be visible and thus the whole page is returning a not found.

i.e. if you ignore something that is then deleted... or a person then banned.

That sounds like a plausible way of getting to that error. I'll check it out.
