This is from the F11 today. I'm guessing the disparity between the first and second halves is due to the temperature dropping and headwind finish. I know it's a nonsense CdA, need to get down Palmer Park velodrome and do some testing, picked up a Giro Selector that I need to compare with my Javelin.

Post a screenshot of it once done.
You can't really compare different locations though, only as a rough guide. Really it needs to be the same location to see of changes are helping lower your CdA figure. As the figure you get won't be what a tunnel figure would be. But is good enough for working out if changes are helping.
