Frankly, this building should wear some hi-viz, it's only got itself to blame for being crashed into.

The article is missing the standard insinuatory witness statement:
While nobody directly witnessed the incident, people who were in the area described hearing a loud crash, then seeing the house underneath a badly damaged car. Local man Dave (42) commented: "This is a busy intersection where you see plenty of houses just appearing out of nowhere. I'm not surprised this has now happened twice. Houses should take more care when next to a road."
