Geographically, and in terms of architecture, it will always be nicer here than Places like the wandsworth / northcote. Though I do miss the wide open, windswept feeling of Clapham Common in the winter, when it's not littered with half naked estate agents and, well, litter. One really worrying thing however is a big chinese business, at the invitation do doubt of Cameron and Boris, are going to "rebuild the crystal palace" by which they mean destroy a swathe of precious open space with a shopping mall.
