Gotta say I prefer the traditional external lugged fork crown, like on mine (cue archive photo):

I was wondering how much will my new mielec weight /full bike.
note: As I don't have a big scale where wheels can stand still on it, I used my finger to keep wheels on balance, so wheels weight is estimated. Also I don't have the frame and the weight is estimated, my mash size M weighted X so mielet should weight Y.Dunno if I left something. I thing I didn't. 7697 is quite ok weight, isn't it?
k. lockrings are included in wheels weight. one is generic the other is halo.

Put the wheel on its side with the axle in a bowl. Weigh it. Weigh bowl. Subtract.

It's one of these:
I'ts quite small, the plate is 13x13cm. Impossible to fit a wheel :/

If you're not too worried about a high degree of precision, a tenner can buy you some hanging scales (from the meat industry): http://www.amazon.co.uk/Silverline-251073-Hanging-Scales-Heavy/dp/B002QRWIT6
But then... if you're not worried about precision your spreadsheet is good enough.

@eyebrows if you are riding a 54 dale then you can easily get on my TFG cross .. very little diff in reach. A little higher stack which is ideal if you are going to use it for cross ..

I'm based in The Netherlands, so shipping/grip ratio would be a little off.

I broke one of my CX9s, on one have CX8.4s for £50 a pair, which is probably cheaper than getting one cx9 replaced, but whats the difference? between the 2?
-

CX9 have 90mm arms, 8.4 have 84 arms. The pull is a tiny bit different and supposedly optimised for different levers (Campy/SRAM maybe?)
Want to buy my un-broken CX9? Going to be getting rid of my Nitto M18 too if you're still after a tiny rack, undecided on the porteur though.

if you have a spare cx9 then ill take both!
