idiotic, poorly conceived wank that does nothing to address the problem of congestion on londons streets much less make cycling seem more attractive. designed entirely to create the impression that very clever and important people are taking the matter of bicycling safety jolly seriously indeed, oh and to get the architects name in the papers.
