Also I'm not even mentioning a siezed engine, I'd be wary of a 4yr old car having run out of, for peace of mind taking the rocker cover off to see if there is any damage, on an OHC engine. Also poping the sump off and checking the big ends for any marks. The compression and leak down test will give you an idea of the condition of the cylinders/rings.
