Yes you can but I dont see any real advantage to switching to 30mm axles and paying rotor £40 odd for BB .. I am using a £12 Ultegra 6700 BB with Rotor 3D

I've been unsure of this, does a P2M for Rotor 3DF/Plus definitely fit on the regular cheapo Rotor 3D cranks? That'll save me a few pennies in the future if so.

no but a P2M for 3d (not + or F) does.

3d+ and 3df are interchangeable - and both 30mm axle
3d has a different spider fitting and 24mm axle
