Never had a rusty chain, come to think of it. Which of these would be my best bet? Z510 should be fine, or would a 10-speed be better?

Planet-X doesn't seem to stock the Alfine and I don't want to order at Rose because I don't like their stupid catalogues. How does this look for a crankset?

And should I get a Dura Ace, Ultegra or 105 BB? Price difference is minimal but I'm skint as all hell so wouldn't mind saving the money if it doesn't make a difference.
