any good techniques for removing a seized small (3mm) stem allen bolt?
Penetrating oil and time (like overnight at least). If you can find a torx bit that will fit after some percussive persuasion, that might grip a partially rounded allen better than a hex.

Pour a couple of kettles worth of boiling water over the area. Before trying again.

any good techniques for removing a seized small (3mm) stem allen bolt?
The head is not yet fully rounded but I can't put enough torque through it to crack it out without the allen key flexing and bending. I've tightened up the other bolt to try and remove any load from it but it's still stuck fast.
Any particular penetrating oils to be recommended? Thus far I've tried WD40 which has done nothing, as expected.
