I've got Alien Trilogy, AvP and AvP2 and they all fit the bill.

Yeah, they're all shooters with a certain degree of horror and suspense but they all fail in that manner. The best Alien game by far recently is the latest Aliens vs Predators, and it is actually a very good game but not enough people play it online.
