I do 15 sprints. If I'm honest they alternate between smashing it, and holding on.
But what I meant was that I dont find them mentally tough indoors, and mentally I could just keep doing them. Not something my body will do of course.
They are a bit more exciting than doing 8 hours steady state.
Surely only a lunatic would do such a thin- oh.
