    Either you're waiting days between them or not trying hard enough. Do it again!

  • This. Not trying hard enough by a long shot. If you don't want to be sick in a bucket after 10 you are doing it wrong - or resting too long between.

  • I've never spewed. I only ever get a metallic taste and then red out or white out and have to lie down a while. But it has been a long time since I was doing anything 'hard'. Now it's all long stuff. Obviously I'd still decimate the local track leagues.. ;)
