Duh thats the point. It's not supposed to ironic. Irony is impotency. It's supposed to piss you off, to upset you, to make you consider yourself.
It is supposed to piss you off, agreed. And some people got so pissed off they shut the show down. And now nobody can see the show, and nobody can get pissed off by it. So the show has defeated itself. I think that is ironic. It's like rain on your wedding day.
