They also do a 'mat towel' which is good when you get sweaty.

But they are expensive. Depending on how sweaty your hands / feet are you may need to spray it with water to help you grip.
Thanks both. A fellow participant uses chalk and it works for her but I had hoped for a slightly less transient solution which the towel may well provide. Thanks for the advice!
