The more I look (!) at it, the more I think I have counterfit / dodgy forks. Look at the LOOK logo on my one compared to yours or even from mine on the seat tube.

Another 585 owner here, this time the 585 Optimum with 105-5700 & H Plus Son weighing in at around 7.6kgs. A really comfortable ride and I seem to be using it more than any other bike this year
