As for the BB height, I have no clue, only that it's quite some higher than a regular track frame. The wheels used were bought off the forum, just some simple 700c, 30mm deep wheels.
Erm, as for the age - the guy I bought it off said that he bought it in 1991 so my best guess is 23(+) years.
