Just that it seems as though power drops away at high cadence, but not at low cadence. Therefore it's better to go uphill at 60rpm than it is to do 130 down the other side. In other words, gear for the fast parts of the course, not the slow parts. 104'' tonight on a reasonably sporting course where I would usually run nearer 94''.
Obvs this is all for me, ymmv etc.
