• Hello LFGSS peoples,

I am selling my ultimate T-Rex Rory O'brien, if you have lanky legs, short arms and you love steep angles; this is the frame you for you.

The electric blue paint has been painted over chrome so if you want a fully chrome bike, just strip the paint, but the paintjob is very nice as it is albeit it has a few chips. This frame really is special, shame it's not the best fit for me.

I will be asking for *£235 collected from New Cross Gate for the frameset & stuff and a bit more if I have to deliver *

    Seat tube - 61 cm centre-top

    Top tube - 54 cm Centre-Centre

    The frame comes with :
a brand new bb installed, 107mm
a new 27.2 silver seatpost that is pictured
    also a new seatpost bolt.

Any questions, PM me. If the price is deemed too high, it will be revised.

Here are some pictures of the frame:

  • i still think you're selling too soon..

  • can i see a pic of how tight the back end is where the rear meets the bridge and/ or with 28s please?

  • ^ Sure thing, I'll post a pic when I get home.

  • nice bike although the geo is comical! what size frame is that?

  • just read the description ignore my question

  • Haha, no worries.

IIRC, I have some pics of the frame with a rear 28c tire but it's not the best .. :/ I'll post in a few hours.

  • Hope this pic suffices : /

  • PS.

This was with wheel completely slammed in the drop outs.

  • WHY?!

  • How long is the headtube? The whole frame looks a lot larger than a 61cm ctt, strange.

As a comparison, this is my Whitcomb which is 63cm ctt:

  • Because bueono is absolutely ridiculous

  • The overlap isn't even that bad, HTFU or purchase a hybrid.

  • SPD pedals and HTFU

  • bruv what are you doing. keep this

  • Love the Whitcomb

  • @Rodolfo @Dakin @TM , truthfully, the seat tube is slightly too long for me. But I bought it anyway in the hopes that "i would grow into it" but the toe overlap issue and now the fact that I wont be able to fit my front brake on it has made the seat-tube length that much more inconvenient.

  • It's deffo 61 seat, measured it on the night i got it. I think it might be the overall geo and the angles.. lol, i don't even know. #Ignore

  • Not able to fit a front brake, isn't it drilled for one though?

  • doesnt look too big.
    fair bit of seatpost...
i dont get it. stop selling all your frames dude...

  • buy a different fork would fix toverlap and brake issue

  • Yeah - it definitely is but the rear hole on the fork crown is too narrow to fit the brake on.

  • get a different fork!

  • Nah, looking/buying (for) a threaded chrome fork would take too much time and spending money I don't really have. The seatpost was just raised for pics.

Don't worry Dakin - I'll find the "perfect" frame. It's sweet you care :)

  • The seatpost was just raised for pics.

    doing it right
