taxiwarrior has a Youtube channel, I don't know if they're all the same driver, but there's some pretty stupid driving in the clips, minor road rage episodes over nothing, calling rickshaws "prickshaws", jumping red lights (episode 6), dodgy overtakes. Blasting your horn and aggressively tailgating other road users for perceived misdemeanors isn't how a professional driver should behave. I would call him a self-righteous prick but with that collective responsibility thing he's got going he'd probably attack the next cyclist he sees. .

"its amazing, you get the most time to practice driving, but you are still a shitty driver".
From the best responses during road rage thread

So why I let him walk away, then?....based on your thoughts this cyclist should be lying next to his bike beaten by taxi driver.

You don't sound aggressive face to face, you just throw your two ton vehicle around like a dick then whine and snivel when the inevitable collision takes place, then you lie to the police and suggest you should run cyclists over on a cycling forum.

I'm not admiting my fault, because there isn't any. Its genetal rule....stop at an accidrnt. By the way I would be so stupid posting this video on YT it was my fault.
Can someone translate, it appears he is talking about a genital rule involving acid runts.

Lets not pour petrol on the fire...
Looks as though driver was positioned badly due to obstacle.
Also looks as though cyclist was not paying due care and attention.
He should have offered to settle any damages.
Last thing we want is another angry taxi driver.
That said, I doubt you will find him.
Sounds like he gave you his bike in clip tho?
Maybe flog it and put it towards repairs?
Chalk it up as unlucky liek.
Tomorrow is another day, etc etc.

Actually isn't it everyone's duty to avoid crashing into others? There's no excuse for plowing into someone's vehicle.
I'd bet most of you having a go at the cabbie would be on the other side of the fence if it was another cyclist he ran into, scratching their sparkly NJS..

There is always the Rowhan defence, it was a black car on black tarmac...

sorry mate, that was me
I was drunk as a skunk, and I didn't see you, your cab being black and all.
I had to take those bags off, they were full of skunk. I thought you might call the feds, so I had to run.
Anyway I have sobered up now, and sold all the skunk, so can we meet up and settle this amicably? -

"Your bike deposited in Charing Cross Police Station. Claim it there"
do you actually ride a bike in london or are you some kind of black cab devils advocate?

The man was last seen with walking with a bag - have you tried asking around London pedestrian forums, or maybe London shopping forums?

Hmmm...
You're making this too easy mate: the username and Youtube channel are chapters one and two from the Handbook For The Self-Righteous!
Perhaps you should have read the whole book: it's not until near the end, that "Giving Them Enough Rope To Hang You (How Not To)" is covered.
The video is noticeably mute at the start (what are you hiding) and your deliberate blocking of the cycle lane (look at the cab in front of you [oh the irony]), more than suggest that this wasn't the start of the incident.
If religion is the last resort of the scoundrel, then claims of police involvement in a non-injury traffic incident is that of the naive and delusional. If the bike is at a police station (which I doubt) then it's as lost property, not evidence.
The final damning piece of the jigsaw is, unexpectedly, to be found in the stolen bikes thread; although it is, predictably, supplied by yourself: a fake account purporting to be from the cyclist.
When I suggested that "User1" and "TaxiWarrior" were one and the same, your reply (once again) gave the game away: you're no stranger to this game are you?
