That aside, as others have said, it's always good to finish a training ride on the bike, rather than in a taxi - so a wheel with enough spokes to lose one and carry on, rather than jam against the chainstay (which happened when a spoke went in Me Julie's 24 spoke rear wheel, and she's 10kg lighter than you) and bring proceedings to a halt.
