Wow, that's a pretty big list. It's a shame you can't get a list of architects to browse by, but my preferences would be more Brutalist/Modernist inclined, don't have time to go through everything but a quick skim brings up:
8 Stoneleigh Terrace (Part of the Highgate New Town estate)
Balfron Tower
Highpoint (Highgate - definitely worth a visit)
Kew House (new house by Piercy & Co, looks well worth a visit - http://www.dezeen.com/2014/04/16/kew-house-london-piercy-company-weathered-steel/)
Gingerbread House (Great new project by Laura Dewe Matthews - http://www.dezeen.com/2013/02/06/gingerbread-house-by-laura-dewe-mathews/)
Union Chapel is always worth a visit as it's stunning, but I suspect it's open all year? Same with 2 Willow Road as it's a NT house, so open during the summer months.
