PB and banana on toast is a standard combo, and I've been adding Marmite sometimes when I want to up the saltiness... God knows how the spinach got roped in, but it works! You can't taste it too much, but it definitely adds another element.

small but very aged gamey sirloin roast in. roasties from spuds that came straight from the garden to sink to stove inside 10 mins and veg ready to go. just popped bottle of rioja. gonna make a huge yorkshire while he meat's resting. *drooooool
