and little engine in his bike's frame goes wild, according to Spanish tabloid media. it does seem as though the bike has stopped and then starts rolling again

Woah! That's well dodgy! Could that little motor kicking in at the wrong time have caused the crash? A sudden acceleration to the back wheel making it flip out from under him?
