Its a pretty good guide; would recommend. Of course understanding power is no rocket science; the book explains the concept of power very well and outlines what to do with it and develop a training plan targeting weakness.
Mmm, I have a kindle file of that that I'll aim to read over the winter. Might buy the book, should make progress a bit easier.
