Ouch. I was just reading about that ruling over on the cycling silk's website: http://thecyclingsilk.blogspot.co.uk/2014/08/case-update-r-v-wojcicki-turning-corner.html
He didn't mention any of the circus surrounding the case, though. It's certainly possible that the jury only convicted because they took a disliking to the guy's representative after the judge put the boot in. Makes me feel a bit like Porter's cautious optimism is completely unfounded, sadly.
