@hippy what does a surface dressed road look like after it's been done? as it gets worse?
Just old or is this kinda weird rough bits where it's breaking up from how it was surfaced/dressed/laid?
Maybe the same as above but deeper cracks rather than rough areas.
Lastly typical "patches" usually from utilities digging up to lay cables/pipes/stuff or when potholes are repaired similar but with more square shapes.
On the more extreme end of things is it stuff like this which is sadly on one of my more regular routes down to balham(they missed a spot...)
