Got back from this trip yesterday was good fun, a nice ride first time on the bike camping was good went off without a hitch cheers to the people who answered my questions on the old forums.
Itinerary went
Day 1 - Luton to Bordeaux, from there i rode to La Reole after getting slightly lost flowing the wrong green road east and ending up on Creon where i rode the roads to La Reole was a lovely ride tho i didn't rock up until night.
Day 2 - La Reole to Damazan
Day 3- Damazan to Montech
day 4 - Montech to Trebes
day 5 - Trebes to Capestang
day 6 - Capestang to Agde
stay in Agde for 2 days as i arrived earlier then planned
Day 8 - Agde to Frontignan
for another 2 days
day 10 - frontignan to Montpellier Airport
All in all was good fun "borrowed" some lovely apples, the bread with my evening can of cassoulet, followed by the morning cafe eclair, croissant and coffee. the riding was good aswell tho after Toulouse it turns to hard packed dirt with rocks and tree limbs to look out for, but i was riding a Single speed bike with 28c tires and had no problems, 2 punctures for the trip and one part to blame because i didn't have enough pressure from my hand pump after the airport
