Toss up between those two. Which ever is cheaper....YMMV
EDIT- Mean the brake pads koolstop or swisstop. Nothing to do with the bars.

Top one is a typical shopping bike bar, will be fine with trigger shifters. The 3rd one is more like a North Road bar; I've got that bar on my Pompetamine, but I haven't tried to use multiple gears on that. I'm sure it would be usable, but not sure how lovable it would be.

That the apps weren't there. Even apps like SkyDrive lacked functionality thay mobile websites like Dropbox had.
At first I loved metro but after a while the interface seemed oppressively digital. Found Android on Nexus 4 to look softer.
It was also really poorly made. I dropped it from my ankle height when bending over and the touchscreen died. Another time from a coffee table and the screen cracked.
I so wanted it to work but it just didn't.
Been super impressed with Android, last ecosystem I came to. Chrome on multiple devices is really nice. Reluctantly invested/ moved in to Play music, but that's turned out great too.

Is there a thread for something like 'best rides of the year' or 'what is your favourite ride'?
Basically I'm interested in the rides (doesn't have to be organised group things, but I'd guess many would be) that people enjoy the most. So it could be a forum ride to Brighton, or the Dunwich Dynamo, the Ride of the Falling Leaves (this seems to get good reviews), or maybe you particularly like exploring the Wandle Trail on a weekend, your ride down to meet relatives in the West Country, or once a year you do a tour of the Peak District. Something like that. Essentially, a 'greatest hits' for the tell us about your weekend ride thread.

Strava might show you the best route, but not the best ride.

Shinano 8 speed "megarange" hyperglide 11-34(with a jump up to 34) would be ok with sram mech and shifters set?
I'm just thinking so long as it's long cage 8 speed it will work?
I'm just trying to get all the bits together. Looked at a video that said sram shifters you push up and down and shimano you push one way and pull the other with finger.

Rather a perennial question I want a good quality steel frame with track ends, clearance for 28c + mudguards, 1 1/8 headtube and drilled rear brake bridge. What options do I have? Is there anything better than a Bob Jackson Vigorelli for ca. £500? I'd rather not go Steve Goff.

Sort of repeating a question here... Chainline question.
I have phil wood track hubs and the generic BLB crankset. Can't remember which cog I have.
Which BB spindle width do I need?
Am I onto something w 107mm? -

I've just bought a frame with 126mm spacing, track fork ends and a derailleur hanger.
What sort or rear wheel fits 126? Geared. I intend to run a single 49t chainring up front and a cassette out back.
Any help would be much appreciated

What sort or rear wheel fits 126?
6-speed. Mostly screw-on multiple freewheels, but the first generation freehubs were 126mm/6-speed. They were later used with 7-speed freewheels and cassettes with a narrower sprocket spacing.
DiaCompe make a 126mm freewheel hub http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/dia-compe-ene-touring-rear-hub-quick-release-126-mm-oln-prod26578/ and SJSC are your friends for 6-speed freewheels too, although you can't get the range of ratios we had back in the day.
6-speed freehubs are probably best avoided, as there is no support for them. Modern HG cassettes don't fit old UG freehubs without modification.

Dentists have drugs though so are in fact better than hairdressers.
Some old raleigh ones from a 3 speed. They would be the very top or 3rd or between the two in these.
