Or maybe a better approach would be picture of C spring and text saying: Finally sick of broken C springs made my own for £5; might try selling it ;)

Their lawyers would take notice.

I still have all the broken cleats for when I start a class action against them..

Actually thought about having my own springs made too but don't really know where to start so that's not go far.
