Unfortunately not the case, despite being signed in. If I was just being taken to the first unread comment I wouldn't have raised it as an issue.
Are they threads you have been into since the move to microcosm? Not sure the info on where you'd read up to was carried over. I found that happening a lot initially, but after hitting "mark everything read" it's behaved it'self (other than the picture thing).
