Not that I'm not used to the unknown or to flashing surprises, I'm also patient and I can wait, but maybe some people would like to know better so that they can work with efficiency for causing the event. Knowing how it works it will help some of them to help you better, that's all.

Bloody hell, after 2PM all the posts won't be migrating.

Same rules will exist as today... on what is acceptable or not, etc.

Main differences:

1. Temporary bans won't exist for a while... so if you get banned it's permanent.
   
2. It is possible to ban people from specific forums rather than the whole site.
   
   
   

Old giffer type question - Is there a way on the new microcosm doobrie of viewing 'todays posts' across all the forums rathere than burrowing in to each forum individually?

On the home page, click "Conversations" on the right... it does a search for all conversations, sorted by last modified time, and shows which ones you haven't read.

Which makes it almost equivalent to "Today's Posts" and "New Posts".
