I want a bulky (thick) small ANDROID phone 3" screen estate'ish - any ideas - all good if it's 2-3 year old model still hanging around.

Thanks but it's gonna be this freshly released phone for only 60£ without contract! Huawei ascend Y330 almost 12mm of bulk! Dual core 1.3mhz http://www.gsmarena.com/huawei_ascend_y330-6493.php
