I tapped on someone's window yesterday for the first time. I was filtering through slowly moving traffic in Rusholme, generally a bad thing to do but I was being careful. Guy in a small white Audi does the indicate and pull up at the same time without checking thing and I have to slam on the brakes, managed to do a sweet skid on the fully laden 5 tonne work bike. He rolled down his window and I politely asked him to be a bit more careful and check before pulling up next time, he apologises and I thank him. All very amicable.
