E3 is really expensive which is why I decided to look in Leyton(stone). Still some cheap-ish properties there. For me, being near the Central Line is important though.
We've just instructed our solicitor to go ahead and exchange contracts for our new place in Leytonstone. He asked me and my girlfriend to decide on a Deed of Trust in case we decided to split and sell up. I'm putting up maybe 75% of the deposit and plan to over-pay the mortgage, so not sure what to agree on. Anyone else been in this situation?
