From that video I'd say that brush aka post-fender reduces the spatter 50 to 80 percent. Better than nothing but still not good enough.
And did you notice those bars are actually a U-lock? It's like a very big u-lock. Huge.
And the brakes work only if you ride it like a hipster.
This thing has to work at least as good as an old porteur bike to make sense. It doesn't make sense though, does it?
The belt drive and the wheels are the only good things about it, I think.
