Saw a massive gang of blokes on quads and scramblers at the junction of Eltham Hill and Westhorne Avenue at about 9pm.
They were generally being dickish and aggressive, but pulled some sick wheelies.
I was aware of the 12 O'Clock Boys in America, but had no idea this had made it over here, let alone to South East London.
