The bit about him being in left hand lane, presumably you were approaching in right hand lane?
Fair enough wanting to remain anonymous. Did you actually spot the driver? Was it someone you recognised? Who are you going to send the complaint to? If you roadsafe it, that gets sent anonymously, right?
