    Is this an appropriate email:

    Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a medical student at the RDH, and I cycle in to work from Nottingham.
Today at the junction of Uttoxeter New and Uttoxeter Old roads, whilst proceeding in the cycle lane, a car driven by someone working at the RDH (licence plate EO55ETA) proceeded to become more and more aggressive towards me. He started by using the horn repeatedly and unnecessarily as I was 1. in the cycle land and 2. proceeding at the same pace as the traffic in front. Then he overtook as close as possible and cut in front before giving me any space. He proceeded to move across lanes and use his car as a weapon to try and bully me off the road. It culminated at the junction of the Kingsway and Uttoxeter New Road, where he moved to the left hand lane (for left-turn only), and then as I approached the junction, deliberately swung straight across my path. I saw him turn into the RDH, and so I have assumed that he works here as well.

In my opinion, he does not deserve a licence to drive, he is unacceptably aggressive behind the wheel, and a danger when behind it. This does not bode well for his skills as a doctor and frankly is very upsetting.
It is particularly difficult for me as I am likely to come across him in a professional environment.

I would not like my name to be attached to any formal complaint against him and would like this to remain anonymous.

    Sincerely,
    eyebrows
