Floating the idea of selling my 80's Hiwatt, 100W valve bass custom head. Tone pots are in the wrong way ie bass adjusts treble, two channels, was re-valved and biased about 6 years ago after which had 2 weeks of studio time then went into storage. I don't have a cab anymore so I can't test it, but should be working fine. Of course you're welcome to come try it. I used to run it through an orange obc410 which sounded great for both bass and low fuzzy guitars. Tolex a bit tatty but reflects age. Would consider swap for a track frame sized 52cm or digital SLR. I've been told to expect a cash price of around £500 assuming it still works well. PM if interested, in no hurry as I have a romantic idea of saving it and my fender for the kids, too.
