Front is large flange nuovo record with grease port cover out of place (did they make large flange super record?) - 70s-80s, although the QR looks like first gen Chorus. Rear hub looks like it could be either Chorus or maybe Record 8 speed cassette hub - early 90s.

Super Record hubs were meant to be really brittle.

Looking to replace my rear hub and it's a 36h Campy Record Pista same as in the first picture (different hole count), except it has an oil port as in the second picture...
Anyone know what model that makes it? Tried velobase and google but no dice. Or any leads on a replacement?

Oil port is always Record surely
Not sure where you can find a replacement - -
• #4081
Definitely not complete, but you might find some hints here
Thanks
I've checked Velobase and Campyonly.com, couldn't really find an answer to wether all oldschool Athena was 8 speed. I've already bought the derailleur that was the reason i asked the question to begin with. So i'll find out if it works soon. Fingers crossed* -

Record road hubs had the oil port but the track versions did not. No doubt some people wanted to be able to re-lubricate them in the same way though and had a someone drill them. Take off the port cover and take a look at the hole - most likely it was done after market and it may well be quite clear. Source: I've got one like that too.

The label says basically Keirin checkup and 'passed'.

Nothing to do with the writing, but back round 07~ Vivalo got stripped of their NJS certification due to production issues/frame failures. They were deemed 'unable to meet safety standards'. Hope you didn't get hit with hipster tax on the off-chance that is post 07.

-
• #4088
27.2, just says made in italy so may well be something else, you recognise the dots on the top tube?
-
• #4089
seatpost will be ITM probably. Bike.. i have a feeling it's quality. I suspect it's Columbus SL from lug shape, not 531. Forks may not be original.
Sorry edit… prob not peugeot, campag dropouts front and rear? -

Hi, what is this part under the saddle? Does anyone know that thing, can't find it online. I understand it's a kind of suspension thing, but how is it fixed on the bike, I don't really understand the concept!?
I bought this because of the saddle, right now waiting for the goods to arrive:
