That's absolutely bananas, feeding must have been crazy. I did a 138km scratch race at Forest City Velodrome in Canada once, I was chucking up from the g-forces after a 53kph attacks, was mad.
TBH, the London Olympic velodrome hasn't had an attempt yet, that's ripe for the picking if someone wants a track record there! Only problem is the £500/hr booking fee or whatever it is
The London Olympic Velodrome would be OK for the hour record. However, Lee Valley Velodrome wouldn't be particularly good for it unless you could afford to hire the building in it's event mode (with temperature and pressure controlled) as it was set up for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Normal operating conditions aren't particularly fast.
I still reckon Herne Hill would be pretty damn good if you could pick the conditions. That Tarmac is bloody smooth and the milder banking is less fatiguing to ride.
